We asked Crister to share her tips and tricks for running effective campaigns for partners like Hydrogen Standard and Virtue Compliance.

LinkedIn is an ideal platform for building meaningful connections and growing and nurturing leads. What is your strategy for running successful campaigns?

Whether I run LinkedIn campaigns or email campaigns, the key to a good pitch is to empathise. The pitch should never be about yourself or the solution you offer, but about understanding the customers' needs and how the product is designed to help people like them. If you get this right, you can position the solution in a way that genuinely resonates.

The best part of campaign management is the communication with the partners. It starts with really getting to know their business and their solution in order to set up a thorough strategy. Once we kick-off a campaign, we organize bi-weekly meetings to discuss the progress, results, and make strategic adjustments and optimizations. I always look forward to these meetings because they allow me to stay on top of the campaigns and maximize the results.

What are some of the challenges you face in your work?

I’m a real people pleaser and sometimes I struggle with saying no. However, as I get more experienced, it becomes easier to set realistic expectations while at the same time staying dedicated to our partners' needs. I’m very hands-on and results-driven but, to me, the job is much more than just running campaigns. I’m committed to delivering the best possible value to our partners to ensure their long-term success.
