Nicolaj, can you tell us what services SecuDoc offers?

SecuDoc helps companies send and receive emails and files securely. This includes encryption of emails and attachments, email tracking, status information and recall options. In addition, we offer features such as digital signatures, digital fingerprinting, signature upon receipt, SMS authentication, and much more.

How does SecuDoc stand out from the crowd?

No other solution on the market is more user-friendly than SecuDoc. It runs fully automatically in the background of your Outlook mailbox, so you can keep working as usual, but with the peace of mind that your messages and attachments are fully secured. For Google Workspace, we're in the process of creating the same level of integration as for Outlook. Once complete, Google Workspace users will have the same effortless user experience.

Why is document security so important?

It doesn't take much for a data leak to happen. For example, in 2023, there were 25.000 data leaks in the Netherlands. A major part of those leaks involved sensitive emails that were sent to the wrong recipient. With the upcoming NIS2 regulations, many large organisations will have to improve their information security, including their email security. And this will not only apply to them, but also their suppliers.

Can you describe SecuDoc's success so far?

SecuDoc came to life while I was working at another company. When we started as an independent organisation six years ago, we didn't know what to expect. Now, we offer our services to over 2.500 organisations, including high-profile Dutch companies. Our success lies in our ability to keep innovating. Our current software is heavily based on customer feedback and we continue to develop and improve features inspired by customer needs. Due to our success, we're now expanding to the Belgian market as well.
